By the spring of 2010 TAPA Homes, LLC will have the No Energy Bill Home (link to No Energy Bill Home page) ready for showing. This will be the first of its kind in Delaware. The No Energy Bill Home will be situated on 1.5 acres east of Route 1 in Milford, DE. The goal of the No Energy Bill Home is to provide the home owner with a technically advanced home that will burn no fossil fuels, have a very small (if any) carbon foot print, and have No Energy Bills. A home that emits very little CO2 and has No Energy Bills is a home of the future… and the future is now.
