TAPA Homes is is a Green Advantage Certified Builder, Building Performance Institute certified, Delaware Home Performance certified, and are members of the Delaware Green Building Council.
The staff of TAPA Homes has more for than thirty years of experience in the housing industry and realizes that the housing market and industry are ever-changing. We take pride in learning new and better techniques for building homes that give our customers not only the most energy efficient home possible but a home that they will be comfortable in for years to come and at a price that they can afford.
